1. Royal icing decorated sugar cookies are very fragile unfortunately . Since I soft baked my sugar cookies to give you a mouth melting texture, please handle them as careful as you can. The decorated details such as flowers and leaves are fragile as well, so do not press them hard when you handle them.

2. Before you set up the dessert table or serve them in party, I suggest not to move or relocate them frequently.

Currently I don't offer gift wrapping and packaging. However, if you need a special wrapping or packaging of cookies, contact me before you place your order and allow me prepare materials, I will do my best to make it happen!

It is depends on when you likes the cookies to be delivered.

Usually, you can expect cookies arrived couple days before your event if you noticed your event date when order placed. I would like to ship my order 1-2 days earlier to avoid the possible delay caused by USPS and ensure that cookies can be delivered before your event but still taste fresh!

However, if you didn't mention the expected date in your order, I will follow the processing time provided by my Esty shop, which you can find the estimated delivery time in "shipping and policies" in item page, as well as in your shopping cart.

I definitely recommend you to contacts me before place the order if you need your cookies by a specific date.

Unfortunately, I can not 100% guaranteed they won't broken during the transit. However I do everything I can to wrap every cookie of every order carefully!

All my cookies will be packed in heated sealed bag individually. And wrap with bubble wrap in multiple layers. The shipping box will also be lined and filled with bubble wraps and wrapping tissue papers. The cookies will be neatly put inside and make sure they are not moving around.

After packages sent to USPS, it is out of my control unfortunately. So far, 99% of my customers get cookies in perfect condition. If your cookie broken when delivered, please contacts me!

Another solution is you can order couple extra cookies as backup!

Once you receive your cookies, keep them in a cool dark spot like a cabinet or cupboard. Storing your cookies near any light source can fade or warp your colors. Keep them away from humidity, don't open the heated sealed cello bag until you ready to serve.

No preservatives are in the recipes I use, everything is from scratch in my home kitchen. Although I’ve tested them for longer and the batches I’ve tried seem fine for up to 4 weeks, my suggestion is enjoy them up to 2 weeks.

I will ship my order on time, however, after I send the packages to shipping carrier, it is 100% out of my control. Please understand, I have no control over USPS or UPS. As a small business owner, I don't take responsibility for shipping delays or errors. I don't issue refund for this reason.

I will ship to the address that customer put on the order. Please double check your address information before place an order.

If you realize you put the wrong shipping information before I ship the order, contact me as soon as possible, I will cancel and refund your order, so you can repurchase with the correct address.
